The Trade Show Exhibitor Kit contains all of the proper shipping and ordering information. Please do not ship anything directly to the hotel - use the shipping information and deadlines stated in the Exhibitor Kit.
Lead Retrieval Services
Lead Retrieval Units are available for rent. Scanned data will include all contact information the attendee provides during registration inclusive of email addresses (when provided).
Cost to Rent:
- First App Download: $299
- Each Additional App Download: $50
- Rent Device from eventPower: $395
Pricing is subject to change. Reservations for Lead Retrieval Units can be made through your company portal.

Trade Show Personnel Registration Process
All Trade Show Sponsors and Exhibitors must register their personnel to receive the appropriate badge.
How to Register: Please register all attending personnel (including booth staff) in your Company Portal under the Registration tab. Participants who are a contracted sponsor and / or exhibitor will be e-mailed a link to their Company Portal. The portal will list the appropriate number of complimentary or discounted registrations that were agreed upon in the contract. Each person who will be attending must register for a badge in order to attend and access the Trade Show hall.
Personnel Pre-Registration Deadline: February 11, 2027
Contract Requirement: eventPower must receive an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before any personnel can register to attend.
Trade Show Participation Cancellations
If you must cancel your participation for any reason, you must do so by December 18, 2026. If you fail to cancel by then, you will be subject to the following cancellation fees.
Cancellations from December 19 - January 8: $250
Cancellations after January 8: Full cost of exhibit purchased (no refund)
